Calling all members!

We’re celebrating 15 years of striving and thriving at Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center!

FREE Guest Day on Monday, October 9. Open to the Community for one day only!

We are so grateful to our members for their support over the years. We could not have done it without you. When we opened our doors in 2008, we had a vision to create a healthy and vibrant community. We wanted to provide our members with the resources they need to live their best lives. Over the past 15 years, we have worked hard to achieve our vision. We have updated our facilities, added new equipment, and offered a variety of classes and programs. We have also built a strong community of members who support each other on their fitness journeys.

Now it’s time to celebrate! We want all our valued members to join the fun and experience all the exciting activities we have planned.

Anniversary Celebration Schedule

Friday, October 6, 2023

• Ribbon Ceremony at 11:00 am
• Tech tables – featuring our virtual programming platforms BodyScript™, Volt Guided Fitness, and Move Virtual Fitness Classes.
• Raffle tickets for purchase – Enter for a chance to win TWO 1-hour sessions with a trainer. Proceeds go to The Cancer Foundation.
• Swag Bag Raffle – Enter for a chance to win a swag bag that includes VHWF gear, one FREE month of membership and 15 guest passes! Proceeds go to The Cancer Foundation.
• Food – Enjoy delicious options from Franklins BBQ Food Truck and Vegan Factory 11-1
• Chair Massages – Complimentary chair massages from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
• Bounce House – Jump for joy in our fun bounce house from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

• Tech tables – featuring our virtual programming platforms BodyScript™, Volt Guided Fitness, and Move Virtual Fitness Classes.
• BOGAFIT® – Join Sue in this stand-up paddle boarding and fitness class that incorporates HITT, Pilates and yoga. Adult and kid sessions start at 11:00 am
• KZ Event – Crazy Sock Day from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
• Bounce House – Jump for joy in our fun bounce house from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
• Paws to Pavement – Show your pets some love with Paws to Pavement from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

• VHWF Birthday Party hosted by KZ Events – Join us for pizza, cupcakes, refreshments and more.
• Tech tables – featuring our virtual programming platforms BodyScript™, Volt Guided Fitness, and Move Virtual Fitness Classes.
• KZ Event – Create a craft for an art exhibit from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
• Bounce House – Jump for joy in our fun bounce house from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
