Each year National Family Health & Fitness Day is held on the last Saturday in September. This day has been dedicated to celebrate the active life style, family health and fitness, and of course getting involved in as many fun activities as possible with people who are important to you. This year the 18th celebration of National Family Health & Fitness Day takes place on September 27th. We encourage everyone to choose a fusion of physical activities that are both exciting and healthy. It can be anything you like – the rules are – keep moving, keep laughing, and have a great time. It’s about spending quality time with your family.
